Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₱3,000 is required upon check-in.
Guests are responsible for damages, losses, and excessive cleaning charges if any.
Guest Capacity
Maximum of 12 overnight guests.
Up to 12 day visitors allowed (₱250/person, until 10 PM only).
No extra overnight guests without approval.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out: ₱500 per hour (subject to availability).
Reservation & Rebooking
Reservation deposit: ₱3,000 to secure your booking.
Strictly no cancellations or refunds.
One-time rebooking allowed for emergencies or bad weather (with proof, at least 2 weeks before stay).
Children & Seniors
Kids 3 years old and below stay free (sharing bed/bedding).
Senior & PWD discounts apply to Day-Use Visitor rates only. Some areas may be difficult to access.
Pool Use
Open until 10:00 PM.
Proper swimwear required.
No diving, jumping, or hammock jumping.
Guests are responsible for their own safety.
Kitchen & Food
Kitchen and utensils available for cooking.
Use of the stove requires an additional LPG fee of ₱300 per stay.
No corkage – you may bring your own food or order via apps.
Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed.
Small gatherings are fine; large parties need approval.
Eco-Conservation
Please bring your own toiletries, towels, and disposables (cups, plates, spoons, forks).
Do not flush sanitary items; use trash bins provided.
Pets
Maximum 2 small pets (₱500 each for the stay).
Must wear diapers, not allowed inside rooms or pool area.
Pets cannot swim (₱3,000 penalty if violated).
Owners must clean up after pets.
General Rules
Please keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Always lock doors and windows.
Turn off lights and air-conditioners when not in use.
Smoking/vaping only in designated outdoor areas.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of property.
Please note that VT Guesthouse II is a private guesthouse and not a hotel. We kindly ask all our guests to practice proper decorum, respect the property, and be considerate of others so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.
